		<description>i love this video -- and am terrified by it.  Painful to see how our business has evolved away from the model most of us are still paid on.  The troubling part is that my bosses do not have enough of an understanding of the massive shift in ad marketplace enough to do anything about, and that paralysis drives us closer and closer to extinction (aka losing my job).  I make TV shows, that&#039;s what I do.  But I never sit down with someone at my company (we compete with you at MTV) and ask what kind of shows they think they can sell if I make them.  That has to change.  I love your blog for giving us a chance to talk about that.  And I love this video thanks for posting it,    </description>
