I’m knitting prosthetic breasts tomorrow for an event called “Knit-A-Boob” at Oak Knit Studio in Brooklyn. Mine won’t look as nice as this one, but I’m gonna give it my best try.
The knitted boobs will become prosthetics for breast cancer survivors, and will be distributed by breastcancer.org. Textile Arts Center will be joining, and 100 people have already rsvp’d. For more information, click here.
